ABOUT
Artful Minds is a peer-driven mental health support program designed to help students and parents build resilience, emotional wellness, and academic success.
We go beyond traditional therapy by creating community-based peer groups focused on healing topics such as grief, anger, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
Our Services
At Artful Minds, we understand that mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a range of services designed to meet children and families where they are—emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, struggling with grief, or just needs help expressing emotions, our programs are designed to empower them through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Individual Therapy
Our licensed therapists work directly with your child in a safe and supportive setting. These sessions are personalized to your child’s emotional needs, helping them build healthy coping skills, improve self-awareness, and process difficult emotions. Whether it's anxiety, trauma, or day-to-day stress, we create a space where your child feels seen, heard, and supported.
Group Therapy
Children thrive in environments where they feel understood. Our group therapy sessions bring peers together in small, age-appropriate groups that promote empathy, social skills, and connection. These sessions focus on topics such as emotional expression, friendship challenges, grief, bullying, and self-esteem; empowering kids to know they’re not alone.
Family Counseling
A child’s emotional health is often connected to their family environment. We offer sessions that involve parents, guardians, or siblings to help improve communication, build trust, and create healthier routines at home. Whether you're navigating family conflict or adjusting to a major life change, our counselors provide tools and strategies to bring your family closer together.
