GRADE BAND LEADER

Grade Band Leaders are responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and support in the implementation of ATZ programming. Functions include but are not limited to supporting students academically with homework and assigned learning materials, overseeing and maintaining student behavior, and facilitation enrichment activities that enhance and support positive academic outcomes for the youth enrolled.

BEHAVIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR

The Behavioral Support Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with school leadership teams to implement behavioral support services, addressing student needs through research-based interventions, and maintaining positive relationships with families and staff to enhance social-emotional learning and academic progress. Key functions include supervising students in behavioral interventions, coordinating with other staff, and supporting trauma-informed programs and restorative practices.

Preschool Teacher

Ignite a love for learning in our youngest community members! As a Preschool Teacher, you'll nurture creativity, curiosity, and confidence in early learners through play-based, arts-infused education that builds a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Preschool Administrator

Lead with vision and heart. Our Preschool Administrator ensures high-quality programming, supports teaching staff, and cultivates a safe, joyful environment where children, families, and educators thrive together.

Van Driver

Be the bridge to opportunity. As a Van Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation for our youth, helping them access transformative programs and experiences—every ride is a step toward their future.

Young Artrepreneur Team Leader

Inspire the next generation of creative changemakers! Guide teens as they explore arts, entrepreneurship, and leadership, turning ideas into action in a dynamic, youth-driven program.

Tatum’s Town Kids Grade Band Leader

Champion young minds through creativity and community! As a Grade Band Leader, you'll work with our elementary-aged children, fostering growth, connection, and discovery.

Success Planning Navigator Coordinator

Help youth design their paths to purpose. As the Success Planning Navigator Coordinator, you’ll guide a team of caring adults in supporting students in setting goals, accessing resources, and building personalized roadmaps to a successful future.

Artful Minds Mental Health Advocate

Make healing a creative journey. Support youth mental wellness through compassionate care. As an Artful Minds mental health advocate, you’ll help young people thrive emotionally and socially.

Become a Success Planning 
Navigator

Do you believe every young person deserves support, encouragement, and a plan for success? As a Success Planning Navigator, you’ll walk alongside a student offering guidance, mentorship, and 

practical support as they set goals, explore opportunities, and 

build a vision for their future.

Navigators are trusted adults from our community who are matched with students to help them stay on track academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether you are a professional, parent, retiree, or community memeber who simply cares, your time and presence can make a lasting impact. 

No special experience is required just a willingness to  listen, show up, and care. We'll provide training, ongoing support, and flexible ways to serve.
