GRADE BAND LEADER
Grade Band Leaders are responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and support in the implementation of ATZ programming. Functions include but are not limited to supporting students academically with homework and assigned learning materials, overseeing and maintaining student behavior, and facilitation enrichment activities that enhance and support positive academic outcomes for the youth enrolled.
BEHAVIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR
The Behavioral Support Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with school leadership teams to implement behavioral support services, addressing student needs through research-based interventions, and maintaining positive relationships with families and staff to enhance social-emotional learning and academic progress. Key functions include supervising students in behavioral interventions, coordinating with other staff, and supporting trauma-informed programs and restorative practices.

practical support as they set goals, explore opportunities, and
build a vision for their future.
Navigators are trusted adults from our community who are matched with students to help them stay on track academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether you are a professional, parent, retiree, or community memeber who simply cares, your time and presence can make a lasting impact.
No special experience is required just a willingness to listen, show up, and care. We'll provide training, ongoing support, and flexible ways to serve.
