FREE Hearing Screening and Hearing Aid Fittings

Can you hear me now? If you're not sure, come by the Tabernacle at 531 Pinewood on Saturday, March 18 between 9am and 2pm for a hearing screening and/a fitting for a hearing aid. This is a free service for people without insurance.

HOPE CENTER

The Hope Center is a community-based support center that is housed at the Tabernacle church. Weekly, the Hope Center hosts a food distribution, providing individuals and families with supplemental groceries, access to a free medical clinic through a partnership with UTMC’s Community Care Clinic, and a host of other wraparound supports for individuals and families.

No preregistration or documentation needed.

Because of this, we want to connect you with Veterans Guide whose mission is to assist veterans with the array of issues they may face, including obtaining proper disability compensation, financial assistance, information on the GI bill, and more. You may be eligible for financial assistance if you have no insurance or have a high deductible. See if you qualify by calling the Mammography Assistance Program at 419-696-5839.  Mammograms are covered by most health plans. For the best coverage, please verify that Mercy Health — St. Charles Hospital is an in-network provider with your insurance carrier

Patient eligibility: • Must be at least 40 years old • At least 365 days since your last mammogram • Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding • Should be able to easily walk up and down stairs and stand unassisted • No history of breast issues, such as nipple discharge, lumps, pain or cancer in the last two years.
